To ensure maximum security and protect your funds, account deletion for Brawlash is handled directly through our verified in-app ticketing system. This confirms your identity and prevents fraudulent requests. Follow the steps below:
Launch the Brawlash application on your smartphone and log into the account you wish to delete.
Tap the 'Profile' icon located on the bottom right corner of the primary navigation bar.
Scroll down to the 'Help & Support' section and tap on '24/7 Support Desk'.
Tap the floating 'Create Support Ticket' button at the bottom of the screen.
In the category selector, choose 'Account Deletion Request' and submit your request.
Once submitted, your account will be scheduled for irreversible erasure within 48 to 72 business hours after standard fraud and balance checks.
